مع مراعاة النقاط التالية:-

1-    البحث فردى او جماعي (عدد لا يزيد عن ثلاثة مشاركين)

2- اختياري لنقاط البحث بالتنسيق الجماعي مع مراعاة عدم تكرار الموضوع

3- البحث يكتب بطريقة علمية (غلاف قياسي- شكر وتقدير- مقدمة- الموضوع (نص-أشكال –جداول-رسومات-معادلات ....) المراجع-الفهرس)

4- عدد الصفحات الكلية للبحث

**  بحث فردى 10 صفحات

** بحث مشترك لا يقل عن 25 صفحة

5- يقدم البحث قابل للمناقشة فى صورة ورقية +  ملف الكتروني    or Flash Doc, PDF, Power point

6- يقيم البحث لكل طالب ويعرض بعضها كنموذج للطلاب وله تقييم رقمي يضاف لأعمال السنة

7- يسلم التقرير خلال أسبوعين بخلاف أسبوع الاختيار ويشار الى ذلك اثناء المحاضرة الثانية

8- الأبحاث المتماثلة (المتطابقة) تلغى ولا يعتد بها وتعتبر ابحاث سالبة التأثير عند تقييم أعمال السنة

9- التنسيق والاختيار يتم بالتعاون مع منسق المادة من الطلاب ويتم تحديده باختيار الطلاب له اثناء المحاضرة الثانية

حلقة بحثية

أولا: كيفية احتيار الموضوع

يختار الطالب موضوع البحث من  داخل إطار المقررالدراسى لمادة التنظيم الصناعى ويكتب بطريقة بحثية سليمة وفيما لا يزيد عن 15 ورقة مقاس A4 شاملة الأتى: الغلاف - المقدمة - الموضوع- التحليل والنتيجة- المراجع المستخدمة فى البحث.

 

ثانيا: مناقشة الموضوع

يقدم البحث فى الميعاد المحدد فى المحاضرة والأبحاث المميزة تلقى فى محاضرة عامة للطلاب وفى مدة لا تزيد عن 15 دقيقة ويتبع ذلك فترة 10 دقائق للإستفسار والأسئلة فى صلب الموضوع وذلك لتدريب الطلاب على الإعداد الصحيح للعمل وكذلك الألقاء السليم ومواجهة الموضوعات شفهيا.

 

ثالثا: تنفيذ البحث

يقدم البحث فى صورة مبدئية قابلة للتعديل والتحسين إن أمكن، ثم يقوم بكتابتة بطريقة علمية وواضحة ويسلم فى الميعاد المحدد لذلك . وتختار الأبحاث القيمة وتجدول لتحديد أوليات العرض ووقتة.

 

رابعا: موضوعات بحثية مقترحة

1- تنظيم المنشأت الإنتاجية الصغيرة.

2- مستقبل الصناعات الإلكترونية فى مصر.

3- تأثير التخطيط على مستقبل المنشأ الإنتاجى.

4- تأثير الرقابة على المنتج فى مراحل الإنتاج المختلفة.

5- معوقات الإنتاج داخل النظم الإنتاجية (المعوقات التنظيمية- المعوقات الفنية).

6- وسائل وطرق تقييم العمل (كفاءة العمل-الأجور-الحوافز)

7- دراسة تأثير ظروف العمل على إنتاجية العامل والإنتاج.

8- تأثير استخدام بحوث العمليات على متخذى القرار فى مراحل التخطيط والرقابة.

9- إعادة التصنيع - شكل جديد من أشكال الإنتاج الحديث.

10- نظم إدارة الجودة الشاملة- إدارة فعالة لنمو واستقرار النظام الإنتاجى.

11- الاتجاهات الحديثة فى هيكلة النظم الإنتاجية.

12- اتجاهات جديدة فى نظم الـ  ISO   وتطبيقاتها فى مصر - إحصائيا.

13- تأثير  استخدام الـ OR   فى حل مشاكل الإنتاج - نماذج تطبيقية لمختلف المجالات.

14- مراحل دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشروعات الصغيرة - حالة تطبيقية.

1 – Overall aims of course

This course is designed to provide the student with an introduction to basics of legislations and contracts. To identify the ethics of engineering professions.  Also, to provide the student with a basics knowledge of plant organization, Product design, and plant productivity. The course provides the student with the experience  about some applications such as determinations of time and motion of work-study, PERT, LP  and Plant location, layout problems.
